Face to face counselling

Counselling in a private office or via Walk and Talk therapy in Adlington close to Chorley and Horwich

£60 per hour session

The session fee for the first session is required upfront at the time of booking, all other sessions can be paid for on the day.
Sometimes EMDR is best delivered over a 90 minute session in which case the fee is £80)

Supervision
​
Compassionate and supportive supervision to help you be the best you can be for you and for your clients.
Face to face, online or telephone

£60 per hour and a half session (£50 for student counsellors)
Change therapies
​
Support and guidance to help you bring about change in your life and reach your goals, in-person (office or Walk and Talk), online or on the phone. Includes life coaching, IEMT and EFT.
​
£80 per hour and a half session
Courses in self-compassion, mindfulness, achieving your goals and managing your anxiety.
