There are times in life when we all need an impartial, non-judgemental person to talk to, to have breathing space and be able to evaluate where we are at and where/who we want to be.

I am an experienced registered counsellor offering individual and couples/relationship counselling combined with life coaching, IEMT (Intrgal Eye Movment Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to ensure you get the best, most appropriate support for you, support that works for you.
It is difficult to find someone you can open up to and it is hard to know if I’m right for you from reading a few words online which is why I offer a free 30 minute chat, face to face or over the phone, so you feel at ease when choosing me to support you during this difficult time in your life.
