Have you experienced a bereavement and are struggling with the enormity of it, struggling to adjust to your new reality, a reality that you neither asked for or want?
Is your anxiety out of control, stopping you from living the life you want to live, and is the stress just too much?
Do you feel you are just never enough?
Are things feeling like too much right now, everything is just too big and heavy to carry?
Are you just plain tired of thinking and living the way you are?
Whatever is going on for you right now I can listen and support you, give you time and space where you can talk things through without fear of being judged or of upsetting someone. A space where you can sort through the tangle in your head, look at what you have experienced and its meaning to you, take control of your life and thoughts, to make your life what you want it to be.
I want to give you the space and time you deserve.
You may well be finding it hard to find someone you’re able to open up to just from reading a few words online. Why not get in touch for an informal chat so you feel at ease when choosing me to support you during this difficult time in your life.
